Suggestion for composing posts

Way too often, if I go to another app on the phone, like photos, for obvious reasons, or to another browser tab, when I return to my post in progress, the page refreshes and if I am lucky, the text area returns, but the title is lost.

This also happens when I am previewing a post or submitting it and the network or server balks and returns me to composing, with or without the title and text area intact.

The computer seems not to have this problem, And on the computer, I use the amazing GhostText extension (with every browser, miracle of miracles) so text is mirrored in a text editor and never lost. But it's geeky to set up.

Can some change be made to the title field si it's likely to be retained upon (unwanted) page refresh? Make it a textarea?

TIA, admins!
