How do I give Elad a heart??

As for Elad - hmm, I've briefly searched Google or whatever for "Elad" or "Elad profile" or "Elad journal" but I'm not having much luck... I have to catch a bus soon so can't spend any more time on it right now.

3. I found an Elad post. Open it and the "Give A Valentine Heart to Elad" will be at the bottom. He only has 1 heart

so I'm sure he will appreciate it very much. Great idea.
