I need to stop the constant DU pop-up notifications.

When logged on as a star member, I get constant pop-up messages when browsing DU. They read:

DU
We'd like to send you some notifications
Notifications can be turned off anytime from browser settings

Dismiss Allow

This happens only when browsing DU on my phone, where I use the Firefox browser. It doesn't happen in Firefox on my laptop.

I've tried disabling all notifications in my Firefox settings, but the pop-ups continue.

Is there anyone else who has encountered this problem, or might have advice on fixing it?

2. I had that on my PC using Firefox

I allowed the notifications and then blocked them.

Dunno if this will help on your phone. I use Chrome on my Android and haven't had to do anything.

4. I believe I waited until I got a notification then I had an option to block them.

I don't recall specifically how.

I can also go to Firefox settings > Privacy & Security > Notifications and enter https://www.democraticunderground.com for a block, but this is on a PC so I'm not sure it applies to your situation.
