What does the blue triangle on the left of a post title mean?

It means DU has posted the OP again. Basically kicking it up to the top of the discussion forum because applegrove Tuesday #1

It happens at the 25th post, then the 50th and so on questionseverything Tuesday #4

I think it has to do with how many replies it has Lifeafter70 Tuesday #2

it is automatically "kicked" back to the top of the Latest page because it is a hot topic. This happens at 25 replies, 50, replies, 75 replies, etc. We call this a "milestone."

Threads which are on the Latest page because they are milestones have the little blue triangle (and say "Milestone" with the number of replies, below the thread title).

Folks who don't want to see these can turn them off with the filter bar at the top of the Latest page -- set it to "No milestones"
