https://www.nytimes.com/2021/11/01/opinion/supreme-court-gun-control.htmlThoughts?
With new grass-roots and advocacy organizations, better financing, and stronger support from the Democratic Party, it has, arguably, never been stronger. But on Wednesday, the Supreme Court will hear a case that is likely to call into question many of the reforms at the top of the movements agenda
The justices are considering the constitutionality of a New York law that makes it hard for residents to obtain a permit to carry concealed firearms in public. The court, with three conservative pro-gun justices appointed by former President Donald Trump, will almost certainly say New Yorks law is too restrictive under the Second Amendment

(54,770 posts)1. Hard to say. Hope outcome on toting is allowing tough restrictions.
Assuming well never get an outright ban on gunz because we have too many scared rubes and racists in this country, would like to see tough restrictions on toting; limits on number and types of gunz allowed in home, restrictions on semi-auto weapons like magazine capacity; and the like.

What your saying is you predict the scouts to side with the pro gun side but your hoping it won't remove all restrictions to carrying.
