can be wrong. Dad was in hospital for gallbladder issues (they think) and the Drs said basically when they look inside older people alot of their organs are disintegrating. Dad has been home and as good as new for 7 months. So I hope you have as successful an out come too.

She's got Alzheimer's Disease.

He almost didn't have the biopsy, for fear he would become a patient and not be able to care for Mom.

Parkinson's. The thing we wanted was to keep my parents together until mom died. And thankfully we did. We had around the clock care. Both of them were in wheelchairs. My sister was forever trying to solve one issue after another. Mom saw the whole family in the month before she died. Dad and she were able to live in their retirement residence until the end. And I or my sister could sleep there. Months after mom passed dad moved into a nursing home. All the mobility and health issues were solved. Now I just go in and visit him. No responsibilities. No worry. He has extra morning and evening care. He's doing well. Hope he keeps healthy as I have a few projects to show him when they get done that he would be interested in. Glad your dad had the biopsy. He sounds young at heart if he is the primary caregiver to your mom. Cherish the time you have.
