(713 posts)Good to see Bernie on TV. He looks well and sounds good. I hope that if Biden wins the nomination, he really reaches out to Bernie and his supporters. The Bernie or Bust people are a small percentage of Bernie supporters, I think. Most Bernie people will support Biden if he wins. The Party will be unified against Trump, no matter what else happens.

(3,256 posts)He didn't have to do it for Harris, Booker, O'Rourke, Buttigieg and Klobuchar supporters. Why are Bernie supporters so special that they need courting?
If you think leaving the country in the hands of Trump is a better idea, knock yourself out.
Any sane person would automatically come to Biden without courting and/or reaching out.

(72 posts)He made over 40 appearances for Hillary after she won. He will do the same if he loses to Joe. If Bernie wins I would hope Joe would do the same.

(828 posts)Joe Biden is a unifier and that is what or who we need. From a lot of comments I see here on DU, I'm not sure if all would support Bernie if he won. The Bernie bashing is pretty intense and not helpful. I am voting for Biden although I did support Bernie in 2016, but supported Hillary win she won the nomination. I feel strongly that most Democrats will follow the same path and vote for the winner.
