Oddly enough, a sizable portion of those who are making that hashtag trend are Bernie Sanders supporters of long standing.

lead smear campaign against Biden. Just like the Sanders folks were pushing the dementia smear. Sanders pretends to be above the fray while his hand picked minions undercut the presumptive Democratic nominee once again. Bernie wants a reprise of his 2016 act.
