What’s in @JoeBiden's health care plan:
-> Public option offered on the marketplace along w/ private ones.
-> Workers on employer-sponsored plans could shop for better deals on exchanges.
-> Low-income families choose between Medicaid and public option.

health care is a human right, not a fucking marketplace

Employees being able to shop the exchanges was always desired. They need to be able to, and employers want out of the insurance provision business too. And the rest of course.
