2. I went there. As the OP said it is a bunch of Biden hatgers. They carefully identify themselves as

follows:

:It is not paid for by any candidate, committee, organization, or PAC. It is a project BY American citizens FOR American citizens."

and they have a contact button where you give your name and other information, but they don't say anything about themselves

I have my suspicions though, and from my perspective it points to either a republican operative, or someone much closer to the primary process, with deniability

I suspect if I gave a name and email and submitted it, I would get a response from who is behind it, because I would expect an email pushing who they support, and I may just setup a dummy email for that purpose
