Ukraine war grinds on as sticking points slow partial ceasefire negotiations - PBS NewsHour
U.S. negotiators held talks with a Russian delegation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a proposed partial ceasefire in Ukraine. It comes one day after the negotiators met with a Ukrainian delegation. Both countries have agreed in principle to a temporary ceasefire, but major sticking points remain. Geoff Bennett reports. - Aired on 03/24/2025.
