1. I'm going out on a limb here, a really small one, but I wonder if the 3 liberal women justices may be influencing Coney

I mean ACB has been surrounded and controlled by domineering controlling misogynistic males her entire life. I don't think she's ever not had one on her arm or behind her back watching, listening and prodding. It's no secret that the Justices do interact on a social level no matter their ideological differences. I'm just saying, maybe she's getting her first "free" time in her life with women, strong women, without an asshole looking over her shoulder. It might explain a couple of surprising votes from her of late.
Now I'm in no way saying she's tossed her ChristoFascist tendencies but, just maybe, some common sense from some very intelligent peers of the same sex might be rubbing off?
