A Judge Blocks Noem as Texas Officials Target Austin ISD Over Student Protests - Decoding The Rhetoric
A federal judge just issued an 83 page ruling finding that Kristi Noem’s immigration decisions were likely driven by racial animus. The ruling blocks deportations and directly cites Noem’s own inflammatory language.
