However, TFG is now claiming that he's exercising "presidential duties," putting together his cabinet - with the likes of Matt Gaetz and Tulsi Gabbard. And he tends to forget that he's still on probation, though I'm afraid that he accomplished his goal of avoiding prison by running for president.

Lawyers Howard Lutnick, Linda McMann failed/refused to sign two memoranda of understanding (ethics agreement)required by Congress, that require transition plans, use $8-9 million in funding, etc.
Thus the so-called transition team have no federal cybersecurity protection, which is why they keep getting hacked by the Chinese, Iranians and Russians.
Yet Tulsi Gabbard says 'no way,' that everything will be done in secret, and the public will remain in the dark about this administration. Because they don't care that they are getting "hacked," because they are secretly letting those countries into the White House and The People's government and country, ANYWAY.
It will be clear to Judge Merchan that Trump is already doing illegal things on the way to the White house -- violating the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, while arguing before Judge Merchan -- at sentencing -- that that very law trump is breaking is the basis for delaying trump's sentencing on Nov 26.
We're to understand that a criminal, traitorous transition team is moving into The People's government in order to turn over our nation's secrets and power to hostile foreign powers.
Judge Merchan can proceed with sentencing. But who will stop all the rest of this treacherous transition team's lawbreaking?
