I was in an airport once in Sydney and saw these Māori people doing this for a returning friend. It was so awesome!

New Zealand is definitely on my bucket list of places I want to go to. I saw this movie years ago Once were warriors and became fascinated about the Māori and even did a research paper when I was getting my teaching credential on New Zealand education. The Māori incorporate these chants early in the children's education.

Also a memorable one at an All Blacks vs Australia rugby match. My late wife, British born and raised in NZ, could do some of these. On another note, this past weekend I had phone calls from her sister and one of her brothers who said I'd be welcome to relocate. With in-laws on both islands they said I could go back and forth living in a caravan. Sounds tempting.
