(19,950 posts)1. Our local tv station has a full commercial with Billy Graham Jr imploring people to be saved
And closes his eyes and asks the viewer to repeat his prayer of forgiveness. I called the tv station to remind them of Matthew 6..mostly 1-6 about praying in private and being rewarded by God, openly. The whole chapter is a lesson on how to pray, according to Jesus, preaching the Sermon on the Mount. I gave up and dont watch that station anymore as I refuse to have this jammed down my throat or they have a Rabbi, Imam or other faiths represented. Yeah, I know, more of this is coming
My town's that way too.
