keep track of, but if this lawsuit results in a financial judgment against 45 and 45 appeals that sentence if he dies while his appeal is pending the financial judgment gets wiped out (he won't owe it) and it the guilty verdict will be reversed.
There was mention in the video that NY does not allow abatements, so why was this brought up by Bragg as an alternative in the NY case??
