Put out there for the media to churn over for the next 2-3 cycles. And as per usual, they took the bait, hook, line, and sinker.

Yeah, I'm aware the Convicted Felon has eyes on Gaza as a "real estate opportunity'. The reality is even if they were able to start clearing away the debris and existing structures today, he would be dead long before the land was clear for constructing an outhouse.
