19. Original Pres Ford Pardon Declaration for Richard Nixon linked at bottom

President Gerald R. Ford covered strictly RMN's two-terms from 20 Jan 1969 to 8 Aug 1974 for crimes he committed or may have committed against the United States as POTUS.

The Hunter Biden pardon pales in comparison.

Footnote for historians:

Nixon would not have been safe from federal prosecution had LBJ disclosed Nixon's secret dealings with Saigon in 1968 to scotch the Paris Peace talks. LBJ heard the FBI wiretaps himself.

Consummate insider Gerald R. Ford, who sat on the Warren Commission and was a 32 degree Freemason, must have known about Nixon's subterfuge because LBJ phoned senior GOP Senator Everett Dirksen who called it "treason." Ford as POTUS nevertheless restricted the timeframe of the pardon, potentially exposing Nixon to legal jeopardy if the treason accusation ever became public.
