Asked for their zip code because the packages supposedly had the wrong one, then asked for a tiny amount of money (less than $1), and they entered their credit card info.
I made an emergency trip to their house last night to help them get a new card. I gave all of their devices a thorough going over, and I'll be taking even more steps in the very near future.
I thought they knew not to click links from randos, but apparently not.
