Serious question - why are all these leaders and heads of state coming here instead of TSF traveling internationally? [View all]

Is he allowed to go to other countries? Or is there something hanging over him related to convicted felons being barred from other countries? Just seems odd to see this on a weekly basis with heads of state rotating through to this frequency or perhaps it just wasn't publicized.
