Did Musk really think he could do fascist things like throw his arm into the air, twice, and get lots of people fired, without some kickback?
Doesn't he realize his image as a boy wonder tech guru that fuelled the popularity of Tesla, is now permanently tarnished and people are showing their displeasure?

Same for Trump, who thinks his narrow margin election win is a 'mandate' to do whatever he wants, without his erratic and destructive behavior eliciting some negative reactions?

Are Trump and Musk so far down the rabbit hole, so high on their own self declared importance, that they never saw this coming?
