THEIR choice, the wealthy and well to do, to squirrel their progeny away in highly selective, and vastly white country club-esque enclaves where many of "those people" don't have to be seen or heard. And all on the TAXPAYERS' dime. Because "welfare" you see, is perfectly FINE, depending on who are the recipients.
