...of the "war on drugs", wouldn't it have been wiser to turn Musk & his kiddies loose and tear this department to the ground, rather than appoint a new "czar".
They say they're looking to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse. This entire office is the first 2, perhaps all 3, for 50 years.
They've got a budget of $44 billion. I'd think 95% of that could be cut.
