I don't know the reputation of the French courts but they have convicted other politicians like Sarkozy. I don't recall Orban, Geert Wilders, or others screeching "miscarriage of justice" over Sarkozy. Indicted coup plotter Bolsonaro calls it "judicial activism." Maybe the wackos are following the lead of TSF in attacking the courts.
