This site tracks all Presidential approval polls. They generally only include those polls that meet their criteria for reliability, but they include all of them on their website.

The highest approval rating for Trump in any poll since the inauguration was just 57% from RMG Research (Rasmussen) on 1-23-25, three days after the inauguration.

The highest in the past month was 54%, also from RMG Research on 3-13-25.

The highest in the past month from anyone other than Rasmussen was 51% from Public Opinion Strategies on 3-2-25. In fact that was the one and only non-Rasmussen poll to have Trump's approval above 50% in the past month.

Even the most favorable recent non-Rasmussen polls, show Trump's approval only in the low to mid-80's amongst just Republicans. I have no idea who he thinks is showing him with a high 70%+ approval rating, but it is nobody who exists in the real world.
