4. How is he even relevant? A man who stole millions from Medicare and got away with it to become a senator.

He co-founded a medical corporation..it became the largest for profit health care company. He was chief executive when he resigned for defrauding Medicare, Medicaid and other federal programs. The DOJ won 14 felony convictions against the company and was fined. He pleaded the 5th 75 times but eventually his company paid 600+ million dollars fine. Then, off to politics!
