The commercial/office market is in the shitter I thought. Ever since covid, and still people dont' wanna go back to the offices. I doubt they wanna make affordable housing out of them. And they can't all be trump international grift-holes. I guess they'll steal anything that isn't nailed down, and if you're stealing whatever you get for it is more than you had.
