So exactly where and when did this illegal immigrate commit “the murder which will need
the death penalty” happen? And who was killed? Where is the body? And who was the murderer?
This would be struck down in court in a heartbeat because you are not allowed to present hypothetical
arguments. Btw I am not a lawyer.
