7. It's hard to believe the subject would have been able to pull a gun

while prostrate on the ground held by six officers. Why wasn’t the one slugging the suspect trying to secure his hands?

These guys are not trained. Most appear to be just unprofessional yahoos with a mask, a badge (sometimes), and a gun.
