It's not enough to withdraw from MN

1) we need rules for ice. They don't have complete immunity, they may have limited immunity. No shooting people unless they actually brandish a gun and threaten them. No more administrative warrants to break into residences.
2) the shooters of Rene Good and Alex Pretti need to face the rule of law. Give us his name AND ANY FUTURE NAMES.
3) no funding unless these rules are changed.
