I did acute care transcription for 15 years. The fact you have NO lymph node involvement is the biggest thing in your favour. The fact that they're fiddle-farting around to get you to surgery just bolsters your odds. If you were "really" in trouble, you would have been under the knife urgently.
I despise how insurance makes everything such an ordeal (I'm a pharmacy tech now) but I get a good vibe here. I think you've got this, except for the anxiety of waiting for it to be over. 👍
