6. Umm. No. Need to really vet people you hire for that type of job

Yesterday

I have to trust military folks who will 1. Know that could be their personal effects going to loved ones and 2. just see it as another responsibility of their existing job with benefits.
I don't trust the "any Jane or Joe" off the street that's not gone through a vetting process, training, and understands or cares what the recipients of those personal effects might be going through.
Not that there aren't scumbag thieves, drunks, or psychos in the military. But they're more likely to handle other people's effects with respect and responsibility than someone who is just looking for a better paying part time job than food service or a delivery gig.

Just my opinion.
