He and all teh hate talk radio, Faux News, etc tell them to blame ...the gays, the Jews, the blacks, affirmative action, the libtards, the Muslims .. for them not being super wealthy. Better to blame an other than accept that you are dumb, lazy, or both.

Try to explain to them that Affirmative Action or Equal Employment Opportunity Act just say that whomever you hire/admit must meet minimum requirements. That means that an unqualified connected straight white dude cannot get hired over a qualified person no matter what group that might be hated they are in. It is supposed to prevent nepo-babies and connections in the old boys network from getting positions that they are not qualified for.

They ignore that MUST BE QUALIFIED for.
