Or, rather, when you looked into it, it was this ONE "former agent" (or the like) who it turned out was clearly conflating two totally separate DHS bulletins into one storyline. IOW, it's not an intel report, it's there's this one dude who made this claim in some interview, that then got spread far and wide in RWNJ circles. Where IQ47 apparently caught wind of it, and he's never let go of this bullshit story since.
