... a year from now enough Republicans finally wake up and realize that there is no way out as long as he is in the WH. Any resolutions will be vetoed. Perhaps enough will have had it to override, but perhaps not.

At that point, it will also be clear that the level of global and domestic chaos and escalating harms from his criminal Iran debacle are utterly unsustainable.

If enough republicans "get" this reality, we'll see a succession of them tramping up to the WH and giving him a choice: Resign for health reasons to save face or you WILL be impeached and removed -- there are enough of us now.

Then J.D. will make the humiliating deal.

And who knows? Perhaps he'll be so pissed at the felon for putting him in that position that he releases the Epstein files without the Trump redactions.
