he just encouraged her to run.

Janet Mills in the Governor. I'm pretty sure everyone in Maine, at least the voters in Maine know who she is and what she stands for.

She has always been on the primary ballot. Votes have already been cast. More votes will be cast.

I don't understand why there is "concern" (sorry, but I had to) about this non breaking news story.
