11. I flew in one once and never want to fly in one again.

Too automated.
The windows shaded out to black under airline control. No way to unshade them and get a view. I love looking out the window, and strongly prefer natural light to cabin lights. Selected a window, and got the equivalent of a curved wall. We took off in the early AM, and by the time the window was unshaded, it was night again.
Over 10 hours of overpriced claustrophobic hell.
