I can't; I just can't. What a completely ignorant and stupid thing to say. And I don't think anybody loathes Trump because they loathe America. Speaking strictly for myself, I loathe him because he's loathsome. It's as simple as that. He proves it over and over again every single day of his miserable life.

And did I used the word loathe enough in one short paragraph?
