1. Trump is such a vengeful asshole, he'll likely tear down the Kennedy Center now, just like he did the East Wing.

The wrecking ball will quietly show up one morning and reduce it to rubble. And who's to stop him? Some DC historic preservation committee? Congress? The courts?
