As final election results continue to trickle in, one group has had a ripple effect since the presidential primaries in March.

During Minnesota’s primary, 19 percent of voters cast ballots as uncommitted in protest of the war in Gaza.

For over a year since the war began, many of these uncommitted voters demanded a cease-fire and when that didn’t happen, groups like the Abandon Biden (now the Abandon Harris) campaign emerged and rallied against the Democratic ticket.

Their website states, that one of their goals is for “people of conscience to punish Kamala Harris at the ballot box and then take the ‘blame’ — or claim the credit — for her electoral defeat.”
