w/algae and run off from nearby turf areas would never pick up fertilizers and carry it to reflecting
pool which can cause algal blooms.

The original designers, engineers, construction workers, and National Park Maintenance
employees already had this taken care of and did not need President Fuck Nutz help and
his swimming pool maintenance people from Merde Largo.
