This does not surprise me at all. I have had nothing but trouble with the City of Palmer in regards to my water service, water lines, and water bills over the last 10-20 years. It's ridiculous. I'm sure our water/sewer/garbage bills will go up yet again to pay for their ineptitude-yep, I just finished reading the article. Living in Palmer is wonderful. Dealing with the rigid, inane policies of City of Palmer is not.
