monitors new signups up to 100 posts. Many new members sign up to spam the board and have no intent on contributing to the discussion. So the team bans them. Some new members join to disrupt the board by posting RW talking points and again, the team revokes their posting privileges. And the team acts on consensus...no one member can arbitrarily ban someone unless the the offense is so egregious.

Being on MIRT is very interesting. You'll get to see what goes on "behind the scenes"....things most members don't see. It is an eye opener.
