10. I don't trust the Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution

I expect them to just rubber stamp everything he does as "Constitutional," even if it isn't. I used to think the drafters of the Constitution were brilliant, and some of what they wrote was, but damn did they f up by giving the SC the ultimate unchecked power. Impeachment is the only consequence for corruption by them, and if their party controls the Senate that will never happen. They know that they can be as corrupt as they want to be and we can't do anything to deter them.
