As a prime example the Phoenix PD received a scathing report from the DOJ regarding profiling and police brutality completely out of control and AFTER that they still engage in the most horrendous civil rights violations you can imagine]. Not only is there exactly zero chance that PD will ever get taken over by the feds in the next 4 years, but the orange dipshit will be cheering them on and others like them.

It's going to get a lot worse before it ever gets better.
