If they made the votes anonymous probably a lot of these nominated kooks would lose. But none of the Repukes want to be called out by Chump for voting against him, so the votes are on the record for all to see.

Same thing happened last time Chump was Pres. That's how McConnell and McCarthy twisted arms.
