40. There are still taxis

At least in Western Colorado where this happened. There is almost no public transportation out here so the state of Colorado uses Medicaid funds to help low-income folks get to medical appointments etc via cab since its the only available option. No doubt our "patriotic" marine was pissed off about tax payer funds being used to help out anyone who is not Lilly white. Sadly a very common attitude in this part of the state.
