That's one reason. The repubes turn their backs on him and his service, and go to their knees for a five-time draft dodging casino hustler and felon.

Well Lt. Carter was not a "sucker and a loser" So the repubes need to take a deep breath of some fresh air, do something decent, and honor him for his honorable service to America.
