And explain to me the impossibility.
330 million people has nothing to do with it.
The issue is 89,000 polling places vs. more than a million active duty military, 86% of whom are stationed in the U.S. Not to mention reserves and National Guard.
The idea, after all, would not be to shut down polling stations. It would be to decrease the likelihood that black and brown people would show up to vote.
